Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone super FUN, FRIENDLY and DRIVEN to help members become the best versions of themselves. As a Studio Manager you will have an intricate role in setting the culture of the studio and helping set the stage for our members to become successful in accomplishing their goals while enjoying being part of the F45 Community.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of fitness sales experience
- A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry
- Group or Personal Training Certification
- Strong desire to help others lead healthy lifestyles
- Excellent communication including strong interpersonal skills and writing skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Team leader and mentor to coaches
- Customer service oriented
- Flexible Availability - 1 day on weekends required
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example by participating regularly in the F45 Training class experience
- Deliver on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Lead generation including through grass roots marketing efforts such as networking, pre-open tent events, studio events (once open), and business partnership outreach
- Inbound lead management
- Conduct goal-oriented sales consultations with members
- Help ensure the studio is meeting weekly / monthly sales goals
- Manage and motivarte trainers
- Coach 10 to 15 classes per week
- Become the community's biggest F45 Training advocate
- Maintain highest level of reputation as a Brand Steward
- Be a brand ambassador inside and outside the F45 studio.
- Use social media to promote studio on a regular basis
